Direct Billing

Direct billing is available through most insurance providers. Treatments will be billed under your Massage Therapy benefits. It is YOUR responsibility to check with your provider to determine your coverage and if a doctor's note is required.

The client is responsible for any unpaid fees not covered by their insurance provider.
